By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our products
We sell health, wellbeing, and personal care products for personal use only. Our product range may include food supplements, cosmetic products, and regulated medical devices.
All information provided on our website is for general information purposes only and is not intended as medical advice.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.
Our food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Always follow the recommended usage instructions.
Our cosmetic products include shampoo, conditioner, and face or body mist. We recommend carrying out a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
Some of our products are regulated medical devices. Where applicable, medical devices must be used in accordance with the instructions provided. Please read all instructions carefully before use. Our medical devices are not intended to replace professional medical advice unless explicitly stated. 3. Placing an order
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. A contract between you and us is formed once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- a product is unavailable
- payment cannot be authorised
- there is an obvious pricing or listing error
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched. We accept major debit and credit cards.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days and will deliver products in accordance with the delivery option you selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Ownership and responsibility for the products pass to you once they are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
6. Returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- products must be unused
- packaging must be intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned (including supplements, cosmetic products and medical devices), unless they are faulty or incorrect.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@menoelle.co.uk, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Faulty goods
Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in line with your statutory rights.
8. Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that meet applicable legal standards.
We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- losses resulting from the misuse of products
- business or commercial losses
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
