Insert 1 pessary per day into the vagina, preferably in the evening before sleep.
1. Wash the vaginal area gently before application (we recommend using a vaginal wash)
2. Wash your hands thoroughly and remove 1 pessary from the blister pack.
3 Insert the pessary carefully into the vagina, preferably whily lying down, to ensure comfortable placement.
Store in a dry place at 5-25°C, away from light and heat sources. Always keep pack tightly closed.
For vaginal use only.
Do not use if the package has been previously opened or damaged. Do not use after the expiry date.
Do not use for more than 30 days. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless advised by a doctor.
This product has not been tested for use with condoms.
