We’re Mia and Rachel. Between us, we’ve spent decades working in women’s health - and along the way, we’ve seen where menopause support too often falls short.

For too long, women have been offered products that are confusing, under-researched, or disconnected from real life. We knew there had to be a better way, one that combines solid science with lived experience, and puts women back at the centre of the conversation.

Every product we bring to market is evidence-informed, carefully regulated, and chosen because it genuinely helps. We don’t believe in quick fixes or exaggerated claims. We believe in clarity, honesty, and support that fits real lives.
