Lithothamnium calcareum powder, filler: microcrystalline cellulose; root extracts of three medicinal plants (Cynanchum wilfordii Hemsley, Phlomis umbrosa Turcz and Angelica gigas Nakai; 7.9 %), vitamin C, stabiliser: cross linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, glazing agents: hydrocypropyl cellulose; hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, colouring agent: calcium carbonate, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; zinc oxide, vitamin D3, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, D-biotin, colouring agents: iron oxides and iron hydroxides

Take 2 tablets daily with water.
